Capacity Formula: Acres ÷ 5 = MW

Cost Formula: Capacity (MW) × ₹2.75 Cr/MW

1 Acre → 0.20 MW → ₹55 L project cost
5 Acres → 1.00 MW → ₹2.75 Cr project cost
25 Acres → 5.00 MW → ₹13.75 Cr project cost

Approx. 5 acres per MW for ground-mounted solar. Cost benchmark: ₹2.75 Cr/MW for utility-scale installations.

Rooftop Solar Estimation

Capacity Formula: Sq Ft ÷ 100 = kW

Cost Formula: Capacity (kW) × ₹27,500/kW

1,000 sq ft → 10 kW → ₹2.75 L project cost
5,000 sq ft → 50 kW → ₹13.75 L project cost
